I first met Lisa when I was looking for a home in Waimea. At this time, I was a first time home buyer and so really benefited from her advice. Lisa presents all the facts, all the pros and cons of buying a house. I often think of her as a compulsive discloser. Her perspective of each house was very valuable to me as I initially tend to see the houses naively through rosy colored glasses . After I came back to see each house the second time I saw things more from her perspective. After deciding to buy the house the remaining process went very smoothly. Lisa literally walked me through the entire process. I have always felt very confident with her guidance.

What I didn’t initially expect is that I eventually came to buy 3 houses on the Big Island. I have learned a lot working with Lisa. After buying a home in Waimea, I later bought a house in Volcano and then in Puna. Lisa was very realistic in how much the fix-up costs would be and also how much rental income I may expect to earn. I was never disappointed working with Lisa. I came to enjoy her company and e-mails very much. In fact, a close friend of mine has bought a house with Lisa’s help and I know that she is just as satisfied as I am. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying property on the Big Island.
