A Warm Thanks to Lisa and Warren!

My husband and I are California business owners with limited time to travel together. We found it was a hassle and expensive to make accommodations (especially during peak travel times). Often times we ended up in places we didn't like! We both love Hawaii so we decided to make a real estate investment and have our own vacation spot!

We were referred to Warren and Lisa through another business owner here in Northern California. She is a personal friend of theirs so I felt from the beginning I was in great hands. I communicated with them for about 6 weeks before I made the "Big Trip". They really listened to what our needs were and meticulously researched what we wanted before I got there. Many of the places were eliminated before I arrived through our communication via the Internet. I had so many questions about real estate and about the island and both Lisa and Warren are very knowledgeable and all my questions were answered.

Lisa greeted me with bottled water at my hotel and off we went on my Hawaiian condo search! She had selected many places for me to see in the areas I had chosen. I wanted to see everything before I made a decision, but it was the last placed we looked at that I now call my Hawaiian Home.

It only took two days to find my home but the entire experience I had with Lisa was fabulous! We had lots of laughs during the process and the purchase went very smoothly. My second trip back (to my empty condo) was made so easy as Lisa and Warren so graciously set me up with a some necessities to use until I got underway to furnish the place!

Lisa and Warren have that true Aloha Spirit and my husband and I feel so fortunate to have worked with them. We now have a place to go and we get to call it home!
